We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Orders may arrive in separate packages due to product availability.

Unforeseen delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 1 business day after placing it.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your skincare products! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

The product must be in its original container and cannot be more than 50% empty.

Customers must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving their order.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label; however, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued only for the product price and processed back to the original payment method.
Exchanges & Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

We will provide a free return shipping label and issue a full refund (including shipping) to your original form of payment.

If you would like to exchange a product, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value.
