Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers.

  • Standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days, depending on your location and weather conditions.

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages due to product availability.

  • Unforeseen delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other external factors are beyond our control.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order within 1 business day after placing it.

  • To cancel, please email us or text our customer service team with your order details.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your skincare products! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original container and cannot be more than 50% used.

  • Customers must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label; however, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued only for the product price and processed back to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges & Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a free return shipping label and issue a full refund (including shipping) to your original form of payment.

  • Exchanges are currently not available; customers may return the product for a refund and place a new order.

 

Allergy Disclaimer & Individual Results

Skincare products interact differently with every individual. Results vary based on skin type, concerns, usage frequency, and application methods. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional. We are not liable for skin reactions or misuse of products. Customers should carefully read product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
