Service Description
During your visit, we will review your skin history, lifestyle, intake form, and products you are currently using. Once your initial consultation is complete, I will email you a packet of lifestyle recommendations, information, and highlights of what we discussed, a copy of my e-book, and a thorough skin care plan with a step-by-step personalized regimen for you to follow. I will email you an invoice to purchase the products, and it will be mailed directly to your door. You are not alone in this journey, we will work as a team to clear your skin.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Policy At Pure Skinology, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our appointment policies below. 1.1 Appointment Reminders You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please review the details carefully and reach out if any changes are needed. 1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are refundable at 50% (exceptions may apply), and rescheduling will not be permitted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at CustomerCare@pskinology.com. 1.3 No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your appointment without notice ("No-Show"), you will receive a 50% refund of the total appointment cost. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. 2. Communication & Support For any appointment-related inquiries, please email Lisa@pskinology.com. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 2 business hours. 3. Service Terms & Liability By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that skincare treatments vary based on individual skin types and concerns. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please consult with us before booking. Results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. 4. Payment & Refund Policy Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Refunds will be issued based on the cancellation and no-show policies outlined in Section 1. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after cancellation approval. 5.
