1. Appointment Policy
At Pure Skinology, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our appointment policies below.
1.1 Appointment Reminders

You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Please review the details carefully and reach out if any changes are needed.
1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are refundable at 50% (exceptions may apply), and rescheduling will not be permitted.

1.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice ("No-Show"), you will receive a 50% refund of the total appointment cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Refunds will be issued based on the cancellation and no-show policies outlined in Section 1.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day after cancellation approval.
